Cherie Rowlands (Goalkeeper) - 75 apps
Now in her third season with the Bees, Cherie has completed 75 appearances after having been signed from Reading Royals in August 2007. She made her Barnet debut on the opening day of the 2007/08 season and has been an ever present ever since. During her first season with the Bees Cherie established a club record for the number of consecutive clean sheets in the FAWPL.
Zoe Lance (Defender/Midfield) - 35 apps, 3 gls
Zoe made a huge impact in her first season in the Barnet First Team last term and her good form has continued into the current campaign, when she has made the right back berth her own. She joined Barnet from Chesham United and was a member of Bees Reserve Team that won the Middlesex Women's Junior Cup in 2007/08. Zoe made a goal scoring debut against Colchester United on the opening day of last season.
Dee Smith (Defender) - 109 apps, 7 gls
Dee has completed a century of Barnet appearances since joining the club from Queens' Park Rangers in 2005. She made her Bees debut against Enfeld Town on the opening day of the 2005/06 season. She was a member of the Barnet team that won the South East Combination League and Cup Double in 2005/06 and has four Middlesex Women's Senior Cup winners medal. Dee is a versatile player who has played in both full back positions and in midfield.
Leanne Reidy (Defender) - 18 apps
Leanne has had an excellent first season in the heart of the Barnet defence having signed from WFC Fulham in August. A composed and experienced defender, Leanne has played in National Division for both WFC Fulham and Charlton Athletic. She made her Barnet debut on the opening day of the season against Cardiff City and has been an ever-present since.
Gemma Rudman (Defender) - 47 apps, 12 gls
Gemma joined Barnet from Reading Royals in August 2007 and made her debut against Brighton & Hove Albion on the opening day of the 2007/08 season. Originally a midfield player, Gemma has been converted into an imposing central defender. Her excellent aerial ability makes her a real threat at set pieces. She has already scored three times during the cup run.
Alison Read (Defender) - 33 apps
Alison is an experienced defender who joined Barnet during the 2007/08 season, making her debut against Colchester United. A former FAWPL player with Wembley Mill Hill and Brighton & Hove Albion, she is equally comfortable in central defence or at full back.
Becky Hipgrave (Defender) - 55 apps
Becky joined Barnet from Reading Royals during the summer of 2007 and has completed a half century of first team appearances. She made her Bees debut against Brighton & Hove Albion in August 2007 and was an ever-present at right back during her first campaign. Last season Becky was used more in a central role and captained the side on occasion.
Kate Holmes (Midfield) - 41 apps
Kate is in her second spell with Barnet having rejoined the club in the summer from West Ham United where she spent the 2008/09 season. Kate is a combative midfield player who first joined Barnet from Portsmouth prior to the 2007/08 campaign. She made her debut against Brighton and Hove Albion in August 2007. A vastly experienced player at Premier League level, Kate represented the Army for many seasons.
Danielle Murphy (Midfield) - 39 apps, 9 gls
Barnet captain Danielle joined the club from Watford in February 2008, having played at the highest level of the Women’s game in a successful career. She has 23 England caps and was captain of the England Under-18 team. Whilst on a scholarship to the University of Florida, Danielle was selected for the All American College Team. She has two FA Women’s Cup winners medals from her time with Millwall Lionesses (1997) and Charlton Athletic (2005). Danielle made a goal scoring debut for the Bees against Reading Royals in March 2008.
Claire Thomas (Midfield) - 96 apps, 42 gls
Claire is an inspirational midfield player who joined Barnet from Langford in the summer of 2006. Since making her debut for the Bees against Millwall Lionesses on the opening day of the 2006/07 season, she has completed almost a century of appearances and has scored 42 goals. Claire scored five times on her Middlesex County FA Representative debut against the Army and a hat trick in the 2008 Middlesex County FA Women’s Senior Cup Final.
Cally Browne (Midfield) - 27 apps, 1 goal
Cally had an outstanding debut season for the Bees last season having joined the club from Enfield Town in the summer of 2008. After an impressive start to the season in the reserves she forced her way into the first team squad and made her first team debut as a substitute against Truro City. She scored her first Barnet goal against WFC Fulham this season.
Cheryl Williams (Forward) - 35 apps, 17 gls
Cheryl joined Barnet in the summer of 2008, having previously represented Reading Royals, Bristol Academy and Reading FC Women. An exciting forward player, Cheryl made her debut for the Bees on the opening day of last season, scoring in a 5-3 win. Cheryl added an extra dimension to the teams attacking play during the last campaign, contributing ten goals in all competitions. She has continued her impressive scoring form this season, including a late winner in the Fourth Round at Colchester United.
Stacey Sowden (Forward) - 134 apps, 173 gls
Stacey is Barnet’s record goal scorer. She made her debut against West Ham United in October 2004. Her form during the Bees’ treble winning season of 2005/06 during which scored 48 goals, earned her call up to the England Under-21 squad. Originally signed from Keynsham Town, Stacey had a brief spell with Arsenal at the start of the 2006/07 season before returning to the Barnet fold in October 2006. She finished last season with 29 goals in all competitions and was amongst the FAWPL Southern Division’s top scorers.
Holly Sandow (Forward) - 65 apps, 31 gls
Holly has been in outstanding form in the FA Women’s Cup this season with two goals against Colchester United and an early strike against West Ham United in the last round. She joined Barnet in the summer of 2007 from Newquay and made her debut against Brighton and Hove Albion on the opening day of the 2007/08 season. Holly finished last season amongst the the FAWPL Southern Division’s leading scorers.
Katie O'Leary (Forward) - 51 apps, 24 gls
Katie set Barnet on the way during the cup run with two goals at Gillingham in the Third Round. She made an explosive start to her Barnet career when she scored four times on her full debut against Reading Royals in September 2007. Kate originally impressed when playing against Barnet Reserves for Wembley Lionesses in the 2006/07 Middlesex County FA Women’s Junior Cup Final. She joined Barnet the following summer and has now completed over 50 first team appearances.
